With 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Andrea is a highly respected Director known for her exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to quality care. She holds both education and business degrees, allowing her to balance child-centered practices with strong program management, strategic planning, and team development.
For nearly a decade, Andrea has been an integral part of the company—mentoring teachers, supporting families, and cultivating environments where children feel safe, valued, and ready to grow. As both a biological mother and licensed foster parent, she brings a profound understanding of children’s individual needs and the importance of responsive, nurturing care.
Andrea believes deeply in open communication and true parent partnerships. She works closely with families to ensure that every child’s journey is collaborative, transparent, and rooted in trust. Under her guidance, teachers flourish, families feel heard, and children thrive.
With nearly 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Stephanie brings warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of children to her role as Assistant Director. She believes childhood is a magical season—and she pours her heart into protecting that magic each day.
A valued member of Lightbridge in Delran for almost a year, Stephanie supports both classrooms and operations, ensuring teachers feel encouraged, families feel welcomed, and children feel seen. With a degree in Art and a lifelong love for creative expression, she brings imagination and curiosity into learning environments, helping young learners explore, discover, and thrive.
As a mom, Stephanie understands the trust families place in childcare, and she honors that trust through compassion, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to each child’s well-being. Whether she’s guiding curriculum, lending a hand in a classroom, or partnering with parents, Stephanie champions a culture of belonging, joy, and growth.
