Welcome to our Hampton Township, PA educational child care center
Thank you for your interest in Lightbridge Academy Hampton Township, PA! From the very first “Hello” we want every child to feel safe, nurtured and excited to learn with us and for every parent to consider us a partner in the development and education of their child.
Our Center Director is Rachel Brohn. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in education for Vocal and Instrumental Music from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota. She also completed her Masters in Early Childhood Studies: Administration, Leadership, and Management through Walden University. She has been with Lightbridge Academy since we opened in 2020. She has worked in the elementary school and childcare industry for 8 years, and she truly loves working with families and helping them through this phase of raising their children. She has three young children, and she knows how important it is to have a center that provides the best possible care, along with a quality early childhood education. She loves being at Lightbridge Academy where the teachers, owners, parents, and students work together under our Circle of Care.
We also have Maggie Ross, who is our Assistant Director/Education Coordinator. She went to school at CCAC for Early Education. Her philosophy for Early Childhood Education is giving each child the opportunity to learn through play and adventure. Over the past 14+ years she has worked in every age group and has provided care as an assistant, lead teacher, and then regional director. At Lightbridge academy she now has the opportunity to ensure the highest standard of educational excellence is met while mentoring our teaching staff.
Our Administrative Assistant, Kaedence Crim, began in our infant room in January of 2024 and now is in our office. She is currently in school for her Bachelor’s in Early Education. She is always positive and cares and loves for every child she meets. Kaedence sets a strong example of our CHILDREN core values each and every day.
The owners of our center are Mia Fidei, Cara Clayton and Ted Yannotti, a father-daughters team. Cara and Mia have both business and education backgrounds. They loved the idea of owning a family business that lets them interact with the children every day. When choosing Lightbridge Academy, our owners, were most impressed with our circle of care philosophy and how it is implemented in every school within the Lightbridge Academy family!
We are very excited to meet more families and share all that Lightbridge Academy has to offer! We would love the opportunity to welcome you to our center and become a part of something extraordinary!
