Hello! Thank you for your interest in Lightbridge Academy of Massapequa! My name is Sarina Jagtiani and I am the Franchise Owner. We have been serving the Massapequa Community since 2019! I have been working in Early Childhood Education for over 20 years and received my Bachelors and Masters in Early Childhood Education. I am married and a proud mom to two beautiful children. As a mom, I understand the importance of quality childcare. I am inspired by the Circle of Care and Core Values, and how strongly these philosophies shine through at Lightbridge Academy!
Patricia Sammon is our Assistant Director. She has been in the education field for over 35 years! She has dedicated her career to be of service to children, their families, and now, she has the privilege of helping and guiding teachers. She was also a director for many years at childcare center in the area. She has a true passion and understanding of the importance of early childhood education, making her a vital part of our team! She has 5 grandchildren and loves to spend time with her family!
We are here for you, working families. We know it isn’t easy to leave your young children in the hands of others, but we thank you for trusting us and giving us the opportunity to be a part of your wonderful family! We provide various ways to stay connected to your child throughout the day! We offer ParentView® Internet Monitoring, a live-feed camera to see into your child’s classroom; and our Lightbridge Journey app to send you fun pictures and videos throughout the day. You’re never far away during your workday! We are here Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am – 6:30 pm. Together it is our goal to create a nurturing center where we balance care, connection, and a create fun learning environment where everyone feels safe and inspired!
