As the proud owners of Lightbridge Academy – Mountain Lakes, as well as parents of two children who have been part of the Lightbridge Academy family for seven years, we truly understand the importance of finding a child care solution that that provides peace of mind that your child is safe, nurtured, learning, healthy and happy – and is also developing their natural curiosity. Our goal is to provide an environment where learning is fun and achieved through exploration, play and positive reinforcement. As we have always felt with our own children attending Lightbridge Academy, we look forward to our future parents considering us a true partner in the education and development of their own child. Our curriculum is designed to help infants, toddlers and preschool children meet key developmental milestones. By considering each child’s individual interests and needs, and creating a stimulating learning environment, our program positively impacts the “whole child”. Our ParentView® internet monitoring system allows you to look in on your child throughout the day and our Lightbridge Journey app keeps you up to date with photos, video clips and daily reports. With our extended hours, parent communication tools and state of the art security, we are the Solution for Working Families in the Mountain Lakes, Denville, Boonton, Rockaway and Parsippany areas. Meet Our Team: Nicole Bueno-Torres, Center Director Nicole fulfills the role of ensuring that Lightbridge Academy’s Core Values are carried out and creating a truly wonderful nurturing and educational environment for your family. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in School Counseling. After an Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps, Nicole was a preschool Center Director for 5 years before joining Lightbridge Academy. She has been our director for 4 years now. Nicole has a true passion for children, families and education! Jennifer Faya, Assistant Center Director Jennifer started as a lead teacher and has taught many of our classrooms before joining our administration team. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
