Ms. Ashley is the Center Director here at Lightbridge Academy of Randolph, where she is responsible for the operations of the school. She brings over 15 years of early childhood education experience to our school and has worked within many roles in our Lightbridge Family. She first began as the head teacher within the school and quickly moved up to administrative positions and eventually to our Center Director, she has been within our center before we even opened the doors for students! Prior to joining Lightbridge Academy, she taught Pre-K, all while raising her children. Ms. Ashley has her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and her K-5 teaching certification, but her love and passion for teaching children began long before college. She always babysat, was a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Group Leader, Softball Coach, and a member of the child development program within high school as well, where they ran a pre-k program during the day. When she is not within the center, Ms. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family. Some of her favorite activities are snowboarding, hiking, swimming, baking, trying new recipes, playing softball and field hockey! She loves the care that her youngest one receives within our center. Having the peace of mind that her child is in a loving, safe, nurturing environment enables her to focus on maintaining that same quality of care and education within the center! After so many years in the industry, Ms. Ashley still gets excited when she watches a child’s eyes light up as they gain knowledge and self-confidence! She is committed to ensuring that Lightbridge Academy of Randolph is a “home away from home” for all of our center families. She LOVES having a fun, family feel throughout the school and a one-of-a-kind educational experience.

We are excited to announce that Ms. Jane has joined us as our new Program Director. Ms. Jane brings 35+ years of experience in education, has her bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Studies, and previously owned and operated 2 Montessori Schools. Ms. Jane has a husband, 2 beautiful daughters and 2 adorable puppies that she loves spending time with. In the fall, you’ll often find her wrapped up in blankets on the bleachers, watching her husband and daughter on the sidelines at the football games. Ms. Jane is always there to support and encourage her family along life’s journey. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to fostering innovative learning, supporting student success, and building strong community partnerships. Ms. Jane will be responsible for overseeing marketing, supporting teachers and ensuring Lightbridge Academy is the best it can possibly be. We are thrilled to have Ms. Jane join our team and look forward to the enthusiasm, leadership and fresh perspective she brings to our school community.
