We appreciate your interest in getting to know the Lightbridge Academy of Wayne, NJ. We are a New Jersey-based childcare franchise company operated by owners Avani and Sumit Arora. Our Center Director, Krystle Adams, has over 15 years of experience in childcare. Our Assistant Director, Jessica Reul, has 10 years of experience in childcare. Both Krystle and Jessica have experience as classroom teachers in which Krystle also has experience in administration, prior to joining the team at Lightbridge Academy of Wayne.

Our priority is to live out our Lightbridge Academy Circle of Care philosophy and our core values, making them more than just a sign on the wall. Our entire staff is committed to supporting you as parents and providing you with peace of mind that your child receives the highest quality of care in an interactive and fun learning environment. We understand the importance of staying connected to your child throughout the day. We do our best to promote the most open communication lines by having various e-tools such as our parent communication app, which enables us to track developmental milestones and send daily reports, videos, and pictures highlighting special moments in your child’s daily activities. We also have our Seedling curriculum designed to help infants, toddlers, and preschool children meet critical developmental milestones. We incorporate American Sign Language into our daily routines, a music program via our Singing Sprouts that fosters music appreciation. We have an interactive Whiteboard Technology that makes learning come alive in our Pre-K classrooms. Also, one of our top priorities is the health and safety of all those in our Circle of Care.
